Vice Principal: Dr. Monica Nagy

Hello Westmoor Community!

It has been a joy being at Westmoor High School immersing myself in the community by getting to know students and staff. I am humbled that I was asked to serve the Westmoor Community as Vice Principal for the remainder of the school year and delightfully accepted this opportunity!

For those that do not know me, I bring a wealth of administrative experience at the elementary, middle and high school levels. I am curious to learn how systems work and to discover unique and fresh ways to serve students in order to maximize their potential. 

My passions include Special Education, positive behavior incentives, early literacy, and physical movement, so it is a pleasure that I will be supporting, among other things, the Special Education and the Physical Education Departments as a thought-partner and leader. 

In my personal life I enjoy reading, cooking (& eating!), anything sci-fi, practicing yoga, and exploring the Bay Area with my husband of 26 years.
