Changes to the 09-10 School YearDue to new contract negotiations, the Jefferson Union High School District Board of Trustees has agreed to a reduction of four instructional days to the 09-10 school year. This change will have little effect on school activities save for graduation, which has been moved up to Thursday, May 27th. The last day of school will be Friday, May 28th. The school calendar has been adjusted accordingly.See adjusted school calendar. |

Westmoor is committed to the use of modern technology, test data, and a variety of teaching strategies so students will be successful on standardized tests, including the Exit Exam and STAR, in order to prepare them for advanced study or employment. Westmoor strives to educate all students to be literate, responsible, caring, tolerant, honest, safe and healthy.
